The RDH Great Stories Odyssey travelers in September 2024 witnessed many historic and heroic markers. That’s hardly a controversial or astounding statement. Still, it doesn’t take away from the impressions these experiences made.
The most impressive place was site in Pennsylvania where Flight 93 crashed on Sept. 11, 2001. The passengers in the plane forced the crash in order to stop the terrorists whom had seized control of the plane and were, undoubtedly, headed to Washington, D.C., to spread terror as others did when two planes crashed into the World Trade Center in New York City and another plane into the Pentagon on that horrific day at the behest of Osama bin Laden.
